The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheelers to customers, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test rides and explain vehicle performance and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and finalize sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance team for vehicle financing and insurance.
- Maintain proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation (invoice, registration, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and display arrangement in the showroom.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and roadshows.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
