We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsiblities
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
- Manage emails, calls, and internal communication
- Assist in invoice preparation and basic accounting tasks
- Ensure all office processes run smoothly
- Handle data entry and documentation work accurately
- Prepare reports, and daily work updates
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
Requirements
- Any degree / Diplamo
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
