Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Model and Simulate Electrical Components in Simulink.
- Body assembly Manufacturing feasibility study and feed back to R&D.
- Simultaneous Engineering of Projects as per the new products.
- BIW process planning. Layout preparation and finalization.
- Body shop tools and Equipment planning. Techno/Commercial Comparisons amongst different Suppliers.
- Fixture design concept layout finalization and Approvals, fixture tryouts and trouble shooting.
- Feasibility study of BIW shop equipment like (Guns, Robots) configuration finalization, Planning, Installation and try out trouble shooting
3 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Assembly, Production

Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
