- Handle and close sales generated through sourcing teams, CPs, and marketing leads.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals while maintaining company policies.
- Coordinate with sourcing managers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until booking confirmation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and booking formalities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Guide and mentor junior sales executives to improve conversion ratios.
