Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth across our four core pillars: monthly mess subscriptions, boutique catering (up to 100 guests), corporate get-togethers, and our B2B/HORECA cut vegetable supply chain.
This role requires a mix of direct B2C acquisition (on-the-ground and digital marketing) and high-touch B2B relationship management. You will be the face of our brand, converting local residents, corporate HRs, and restaurant kitchen managers into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Mess Subscriptions (B2C & Corporate)
- Acquire monthly subscribers by targeting corporate offices, co-living spaces, hostels, and residential hubs.
- Run localized marketing campaigns (flyers, social media, community groups) to boost subscriber count.
- Gather weekly feedback from subscribers to ensure retention and minimize churn.
2. Event Catering & Office Get-Togethers (B2B & Private)
- Pitch our boutique catering services (focused on quality for groups of up to 100 people) to corporate admins and private party planners.
- Actively source and secure bookings for office parties, team-building events, and small celebrations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure client requirements (menu customization, timing) are executed perfectly.
3. Cut Vegetable Business (HORECA & B2B Supply)
- Onboard restaurants, hotels, cafes, and cloud kitchens for our ready-to-cook, pre-cut vegetable delivery service.
- Conduct cold calls and physical visits to kitchen managers and purchasing officers to pitch our consistency, hygiene, and cost-saving benefits.
- Manage regular B2B accounts to ensure timely orders, steady supply, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in the food service, FMCG, hospitality, or B2B supply chain industries.
- Communication: Fluent in local languages and business English. Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driving license for frequent client visits and market research.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook) for local lead generation.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, comfortable working with monthly targets, and resilient in handling B2B rejections.
