We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist to be the first point of contact for pet parents. The role involves managing appointments, handling client interactions, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Handling
Greet clients and pets warmly
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Administrative Work
Maintain patient records and billing details
Manage invoices, payments, and receipts
Coordinate with doctors and support staff
Communication & Coordination
Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
Assist in handling Google reviews and client feedback
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding treatments
Clinic Operations Support
Ensure reception area is clean and organized
Support daily workflow and patient flow management
Requirements
Mandatory
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
Good communication skills in English + Kannada (mandatory)
Ability to handle pets calmly
Preferred
Experience in clinic / hospital / veterinary setup
Knowledge of basic pet handling
Familiarity with digital appointment systems
