Role & responsibilities
Generated and qualified B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, consistently booking 5–10+ qualified sales meetings per month. Conducted Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) research and crafted personalised outreach sequences, improving meeting-to proposal conversion rate. Managed end-to-end CRM pipeline from lead capture to deal closure, ensuring zero leakage and timely follow-ups across the sales funnel. Coordinated with internal product teams to align client requirements with service offerings, reducing solution turnaround time. Supported execution of webinars and outreach campaigns, contributing to brand visibility and top-of-funnel lead growth.
