Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Computer Faculty to join our team in Navi Mumbai (Seawoods). The Computer Faculty will be responsible for teaching various computer programs and languages, including but not limited to MSCIT, Tally, Tally Prime, Excel, and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in teaching these subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions for students in computer languages such as MSCIT, Tally, Tally Prime, Excel, and Advanced Excel.
· Create course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
· Provide individualized assistance and support to students to help them grasp complex concepts and excel in their coursework.
· Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of computer science and technology, and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.
· Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the development of new courses or programs.
· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, and communicate regularly with students, parents, and administration as necessary.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
§ 2-3 years of experience in teaching computer languages and programs, particularly MSCIT, Tally, Tally Prime, Excel, and Advanced Excel.
§ Strong proficiency in the subject matter, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
§ Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed in their academic and professional pursuits.
§ Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources for enhancing the learning experience is a plus.
