Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations for coworking and managed office spaces.
- Create innovative and functional workspace designs aligned with the Rush brand.
- Design reception areas, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, cafés, lounges, and collaborative zones.
- Prepare layout plans, furniture plans, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and detailed interior drawings.
Design Documentation
- Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Create 3D visualizations and renders for internal approvals and client presentations.
- Ensure design intent is accurately translated during execution.
Project Execution & Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution.
- Resolve site-related design and execution challenges.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to approved designs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
