Role & responsibilities
- Manage counter sales operations at retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for jewelry purchases.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about various jewelry products and services offered by Sonani.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and maintain store appearance standards.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash transactions, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably in gems & jewellery industry).
- Strong understanding of counter sales principles and luxury brand management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
