Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview arrangements.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and shift management.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll inputs by maintaining attendance and leave records.
- Assist in statutory compliance documentation related to PF, ESI, and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare periodic HR reports.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management activities.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate vendor communications and service requests.
- Maintain office assets and administrative records.
- Support travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
- Assist in organizing company events, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support management in various HR and administrative projects.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR & Administration functions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
