This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling and feasible solutions that align with the client s business goals and value proposition. The day is often filled with strategic discussions, solution design, and coordination across various stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions are both innovative and practical, supporting successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of solution architectures that meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and contributions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Order Sequencing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong capability in designing scalable and efficient order sequencing solutions within complex supply chain environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in integrating BlueYonder solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to order sequencing and fulfillment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Order Sequencing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
