We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OneStream Senior Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering OneStream implementations, enhancements, support engagements, and finance transformation initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams.
The candidate will be responsible for solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of OneStream applications.

Design, configure, and implement OneStream applications based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and security models.

Create Cube Views, dashboards, reports, and data management solutions.

Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.

Support application upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

Implement and support financial consolidation and close processes.
-
Configure intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and ownership management.
-
Develop financial reports and management reporting solutions.
-
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
-
Ensure accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial data.
-
Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions.
-
Support scenario planning, driver-based planning, and variance analysis requirements.
-
Collaborate with FP&A teams to streamline planning processes.
-
Develop reporting and analytics solutions for business decision-making.
-
Design and configure integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems.
-
Build and support Data Management sequences and automated data load processes.
-
Troubleshoot data reconciliation and integration issues.
-
Drive automation and process improvement opportunities across finance operations.
-
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
-
Conduct workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

Act as a trusted advisor to finance and business users.
-
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.

Support UAT activities and deployment planning.
