Electrical Supervisor
Location: Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram , Dharampur, Valsad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical and HVAC maintenance and operations.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, panels, DG, motors, HVAC systems, AC units, chillers and related equipment.
- Lead and manage electricians technicians and maintenance staff.
- Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Monitor energy consumption and ensure efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and service agencies for maintenance and AMC activities.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and service activities.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma Electrical or relevant qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance/supervision.
- Good knowledge of LT/HT systems, electrical panels, DG, motors, central AC/HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, FCU and VRF/VRV systems.
- Strong team-handling, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in large campuses, institutions, hospitality, hospitals or industrial facilities will be preferred.
