Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive. The candidate will handle daily administrative work, maintain stock records, support documentation, and assist with basic designing work in Photoshop. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain patient records and daily reports properly.
- Handle billing, data entry, and documentation work.
- Manage stock inventory and maintain stock registers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare basic posters, banners, and social media creatives using Photoshop.
- Maintain office files and administrative records.
- Support management in day-to-day back office activities.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of rehab center data.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Knowledge of stock keeping/inventory management
- Good communication and computer skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities efficiently
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in Back Office/Admin work preferred
- Freshers with Photoshop and stock handling knowledge can also apply
