We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) recruitment.
Key Requirements:
- 3–8 years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) hiring
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines
