Position: Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate travel package enquiries.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages, visa services, flight bookings, and holiday offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer handling.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
- Pleasant voice and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with travel industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
