Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a motivated Junior Telesales Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will promote the company's ERP solutions, identify business opportunities, and contribute to sales growth.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's ERP solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM/ERP system.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
