Job Summary
A Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and overseeing service activities between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate service requests, appointments, and technician visits
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service updates and issues
- Assign jobs to field technicians or service engineers based on priority and availability
- Track service progress and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Coordinate with inventory/store teams for spare parts and materials
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Follow up with customers after service completion for feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science
- 0–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or operations
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems)
Pay: ₹25,374.51 - ₹30,992.06 per month
