Job Summary
We are inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Culinary Arts. Applicants should possess expertise in Hot Kitchen, Bakery, and Confectionery.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Kitchen/Bakery operations and providing high-quality teaching and practical instruction to students.
Min 2-3 years of industry experience is mandatory. Experience in Academics is preferred.
For Selected candidates, a Trade Test MAY BE required.
Responsibilities and Duties
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- delivering lectures and practicals for Food Production;
- developing and implementing new methods of teaching;
- designing, preparing and developing teaching materials;
- assessing students' coursework;
- setting and marking examinations;
- supporting students through an advisory role;
- supervising students' activities;
- carrying out administrative tasks related to the department including active involvement in Food fests, events etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ph.D preferable; Master's/ MBA/PGDM mandatory; UG - B.Sc. in Hotel Management mandatory). As per UGC Norms. Candidates without Master's Degree need not apply. All criteria as per UGC guidelines must be fulfilled.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
