Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
· Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings in compliance with government regulations.
· Billing & Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices for clients, ensuring timely payments and addressing any discrepancies.
· Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
· Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
· Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
· Vendor Management: Process payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
· Cost Analysis: Monitor project expenses and assist in budgeting to ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent; additional certifications like CA Inter or ICWA Inter are a plus.
· Experience: 4–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector.
· Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.), MS Excel, and a strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
· Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati.
· Attention to Detail: Ability to work with accuracy and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
