- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Handling client requirements across various industries
- Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Attractive percentage-based payout per successful closure
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
- Proven experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT hiring)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
