We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with analytical thinking. If you enjoy building high-performing ad campaigns, testing creative ideas, and scaling user acquisition for consumer apps, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creative roadmap by deciding which ad creatives and videos to produce based on performance insights.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for app installs and user acquisition.
- Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and placements.
- Design and execute structured creative experiments, including testing hooks, thumbnails, formats, messaging, and video lengths.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to scale winning creatives and pause underperforming ones.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Frequency, and Conversion Rate.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to create high-converting advertising creatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, creative trends, and consumer app marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of consumer app marketing and creative testing methodologies.
- Experience working with mobile apps, D2C brands, gaming, fintech, OTT, dating apps, or consumer internet companies is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
