About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Workspace & UI Builder Consultant / Tech Lead to join our team on a remote basis, supporting UK working hours (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST). We also have openings for ServiceNow TSM (Telecom Service Management) and TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions using ServiceNow Workspace and UI Builder
- Create Playbooks and link them effectively with UI components
- Analyze business requirements and independently derive appropriate technical designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Leverage CMDB and data model knowledge to identify relevant tables for UI/Playbook development
Must-Have Skills
- Consultant/Tech Lead-level experience with strong solution design and requirement analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workspace and UI Builder
- Extensive experience in Playbook creation and linking Playbooks with UI components
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and data model
- Excellent communication, stakeholder interaction, and discussion maturity
Experience: 7+ Years
Shift Timing: UK Hours (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST)
Compensation: Competitive package based on experience
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
