About the Role
Ethinos is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create impactful and engaging designs across digital platforms and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing communication.
- Develop creative concepts and translate briefs into high-quality visual assets.
- Design social media creatives, campaign creatives, presentations, banners, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with content, social media, video, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables.
- Work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Bring fresh ideas, creative thinking, and innovative design approaches to campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and creative formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into impactful designs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across brand creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and digital design work is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
