Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead, train, and evaluate production staff and supervisors.
- Control production costs and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of manufacturing experience, with management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
