Profile Summary
Experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in the gold manufacturing and jewellery industry, including comprehensive knowledge of metal accounting, inventory control, cost analysis, and financial management. Skilled in managing gold stock reconciliation, bullion transactions, production accounting, wastage control, and compliance with industry-specific accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall accounting and financial operations of the jewellery manufacturing unit.
- Handle metal accounting for gold, silver, diamonds, and precious stones.
- Monitor bullion procurement, issue, consumption, recovery, and reconciliation.
- Track production-related inventory, wastage, melting losses, and metal movement.
- Prepare monthly stock and metal reconciliation reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare financial statements.
- Implement internal controls for inventory and metal security.
Required Experience
- 5–15 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, gold refining, or jewellery retail/manufacturing accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience in metal accounting and inventory reconciliation.
- Knowledge of jewellery ERP systems and accounting software (Jewellery ERP, Tally, ).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and team management skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com/M.Com/CMA with 5–15+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing or gold industry accounting, including hands-on expertise in metal accounting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
