Job Summary
As a Management Trainee – US Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for open positions with our US-based clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the US recruitment process and become successful in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess qualifications and communication skills.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve client hiring objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in International Voice, Chat, or Email Support (US/UK/Global Process).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in the night shift.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong desire for career growth.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
