Position: Sales Executive

Location: Nagpur / Assigned Territory
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing distributor and retailer networks, collecting market feedback, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Visit distributors, wholesalers, and retailers regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market coverage.
- Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned area.
- Ensure product availability at retail outlets.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily sales reports and attendance updates.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Maintain good relationships with distributors and retailers.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Performance Targets
- Achieve minimum monthly sales target of ₹1,00,000 or as assigned by the company.
- Develop and maintain at least 3 active distributors in the assigned territory.
- Ensure regular market visits and reporting.
- Meet collection targets as assigned.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: As per company policy.
- Daily Allowance (DA)
- Incentives based on target achievement.
- Petrol allowance as per company policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
