- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment within AWS environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management in cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
