About the Role : We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our design team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept development through execution. The Architect will work on residential, commercial, and planning projects, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure that projects are delivered with high-quality design and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
- Prepare working drawings, construction details, presentations, and documentation.
- Develop and coordinate 3D models and design visualisations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure that the design intent is accurately implemented during execution.
- Review drawings and site work to identify and resolve design and technical issues.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
