Job Description:
We are looking for a Fresher Supervisor to handle manpower and production activities in our wire manufacturing plant. Candidates should be willing to work in 12-hour shifts and be ready to learn shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage shop-floor manpower
- Allocate workers as per production requirement
- Ensure smooth production flow in the wire plant
- Maintain discipline and attendance of workers
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Ensure safety rules are followed on the shop floor
- Report daily production and manpower status to seniors
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 12th Pass/Graduate Pass
Experience: Fresher can apply
Willing to work in 12-hour shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
