We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our eCommerce business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, onboarding sellers/brands, and expanding market presence to increase revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the eCommerce space
- Onboard new sellers, vendors, and brand partners to the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for growth initiatives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Drive revenue growth through partnerships, campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare business reports
- Explore new categories, geographies, and sales channels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business models and marketplaces
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
