Compensation: ₹3.2 LPA
Role: On-site (No Work From Home)
About the Role
As a Care Navigator, you will support cancer patients by guiding them through their treatment journey. The role involves patient coordination, emotional support, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patients with guidance, education, and emotional care
- Coordinate between patients and healthcare professionals
- Visit hospitals to meet and support patients as required
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Work closely with the care team to ensure better patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Pharm D / Doctor (Preferred)
Requirements & Skills
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to accept challenges in the healthcare domain
- Passion to support and guide patients
