Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business presentations.
- Manage office files, documents, and administrative records.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests and communications.
- Perform other administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary.
- Experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.
