Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our design team for theme parks, experiential environments, entertainment spaces, immersive attractions, retail interiors, museums, and hospitality projects
The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans based on design concepts and project requirements. The role requires precision, speed, and strong coordination with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all drawings.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for theme park, water park, and amusement park projects.
· Develop working drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
· Interpret sketches, design concepts, and specifications provided by architects and engineers.
· Update drawings as per site modifications, design changes, or client feedback.
· Coordinate with design, civil, and MEP teams to ensure drawings are aligned and technically accurate.
· Maintain a systematic library of all drawings, revisions, and documentation.
· Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and accuracy requirements.
· Support the design team with 2D and basic 3D representations when required.
· Assist in quantity take-offs and basic estimation support when needed.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
· Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software is an advantage.
· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and technical clarity.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship, Architecture, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of drafting experience (preferably in construction, architecture, or theme-based projects).
· Portfolio: Must include samples of technical drawings and layouts.
Pay: ₹18,013.15 - ₹30,963.72 per month
