The ideal candidate will be responsible for generate leads, contact potential customers, explain our products and services, schedule demos, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Lead Generation
- Call prospective customers from the provided database.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Maintain daily call records.
Customer Interaction
- Explain NexOrdr products and features.
- Understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
Appointment Scheduling
- Book product demos for interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for demo scheduling.
- Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp and email.
CRM Management
- Update customer information in CRM.
- Track call status and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customers.
Sales Support
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Bengali speaking ability will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of website design & development and IT products.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to use WhatsApp Business and email.
Personal Skills
- Positive attitude.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
ExperienceFresher
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Experienced
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Software Sales preferred.
Education
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
