Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets through effective team management.
- Monitor sales performance and take necessary action to improve results.
- Lead, train, guide and motivate the store team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure proper completion of assigned work.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor stock availability, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
- Coordinate with the Head Office, Accounts and Warehouse teams as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in apparel or fashion retail will be an advantage.
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and business goals.
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary:15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
