Job Description: Production Executive (Night Shifts)
Location: Ajmer-Jaipur Expressway, next to Mahindra Tractors, Mahlan (close to Bagru), Jaipur, Rajasthan
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive to oversee night shift operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain strict quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor production activities during the night shift.
* Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
* Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
* Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
* Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
* Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and workplace policies.
Requirements
* Education: Graduate, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related field.
* Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
* Industry Preference: Experience in the Stone/Quartz/Tile processing industry is preferred.
* Shift Preference: Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
* Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
