We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR, Admin, and Accounts Executive who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while contributing to the company’s growth.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and HR tools.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license for field visits.
- Own a functional laptop for daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR)
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor staff performance and facilitate appraisals.
Administration
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies management and maintaining records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office services and supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Handle GST filings, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for audits.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage petty cash.
Fieldwork
- Travel to client locations, government offices, and other external venues using a two-wheeler for administrative and accounts-related tasks.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for project-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, administration, or accounts roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with food industry standards and practices is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
