About the Role
SkySun is building scalable business systems, CRM platforms, workflow automation, and integration layers to support its rapidly growing US residential solar business.
We are looking for a highly technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in CRM workflow architecture, middleware integrations, API ecosystems, and JavaScript-based business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Workflow Architecture
- Design and analyze end-to-end business workflows across CRM, ERP, middleware, and web applications.
- Map customer, sales, operations, and service workflows into scalable system processes.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and business rules.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.
System Analysis & Integrations
- Analyze data flow across CRM, middleware, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Define requirements for API integrations and system enhancements.
- Evaluate downstream impacts of workflow and system changes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on solution architecture and implementation planning.
Business Requirements & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Support development teams throughout implementation and testing cycles.
- Drive prioritization and scope management.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with US leadership, operations teams, and engineering teams.
- Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and implementation impacts.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
CRM / ERP Experience
- Hands-on experience building, implementing, configuring, or significantly contributing to CRM/ERP platforms.
- Experience with custom CRM development or workflow-heavy enterprise applications.
Workflow Architecture
- Strong experience designing business workflows and process automation.
- Ability to map end-to-end system workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
Middleware & Integrations
- Experience working with middleware platforms and integration layers.
- Strong understanding of API architecture, REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
JavaScript
- Practical experience using JavaScript.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
