Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new software features. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
