Role & responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities daily, from excavation and foundation through RCC structure, brickwork, plastering, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishing stages
- Ensure daily productivity
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed as per plan
- Check quality of materials (cement, sand, aggregate, steel, bricks, etc.) at delivery and prevent wastage, theft, or misuse
- Maintain daily records of material received/consumed, and work progress
- Coordinate with the architect, structural engineer, contractors, and material suppliers
- Ensure curing, mixing ratios, bar bending, shuttering, and other technical works are done correctly
- Ensure site safety practices and keep the site clean and organized
- Report daily progress with photos/updates to the owner and flag any issues, delays, or extra cost items in advance
Preferred candidate profile `
- Strong practical knowledge of civil work: foundation, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical layouts, and finishing works
- Ability to read construction drawings and take site measurements accurately
- Good knowledge of construction material quality standards and current local market rates
- Able to handle and get work done from local labour and petty contractors firmly and fairly
- Basic record-keeping skills (registers or mobile apps like WhatsApp/Excel for daily reporting)
- Honest, punctual, and willing to be present on site full-time for the project duration
- Local candidates from Bilaspur / nearby areas in Uttar Pradesh preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
