Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, or calls
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Alternate weeks: 5 days / 6 days working
