The incumbent will be responsible for: Achievement of budgeted sales targets for the assigned region through leading, developing, and motivating a team of Area Business Managers and Field Officers and developing brands, KOLs, Key customers, specific potential markets and ensuring effective implementation of marketing programs through action planning & monitoring. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Achievement of targeted Business volumes Achievement of overall monthly sales targets and annual sales targets Achievement of Brand-wise Sales target with specific focus on Aatmanirbhar brands Ensuring achievement of targets by each ABM and FO and enhancing productivity Improve business hygiene by reducing sales returns & expiry Effective forecasting to ensure smooth availability & distribution of products Co-ordination with channel partners/ distribution Ensuring achievement of collection targets Taking measures to address slow moving products Facilitating the performance across various therapies 2. KOL Development Development of a set of brand-specific core customers & supporting the implementation of strategic alliance programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs
