As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
