Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and well-spoken Customer Care Representative to join our two-wheeler showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them professionally.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls for vehicle enquiries, test rides, bookings, deliveries, and service reminders.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and CRM teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software accurately.
- Handle customer complaints politely and ensure timely resolution.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer feedback.
- Explain showroom offers, promotions, and service campaigns to customers.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer interaction records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Eligibility
- Female candidates preferred.
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Working Hours
As per company policy.
Salary
Best in the industry (Based on experience and performance).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
