About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building and customizing websites. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify, and basic Laravel/PHP.
This role is focused on practical frontend development, website customization, responsive design, and converting designs into functional, high quality websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
- Develop and customize WordPress themes, pages, templates, and plugins.
- Customize Shopify themes and work with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work on frontend development for Laravel/PHP-based websites.
- Ensure websites are responsive and work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and fix frontend, layout, browser compatibility, and responsiveness issues.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to implement website functionality.
- Maintain clean, organized, and reusable frontend code.
- Use Git for version control and collaboration.
- Keep up with basic frontend development trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Bootstrap
- Responsive Web Design
- Hands-on experience with WordPress theme development and customization.
- Experience with Shopify theme customization.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and Laravel.
- Good understanding of website layouts, CSS positioning, Flexbox, and Grid.
- Experience converting designs from Figma/PSD/XD to HTML/CSS.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Good knowledge of cross browser compatibility.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Shopify Liquid.
- Experience with WordPress builders such as Elementor/WPBakery.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and backend integration.
- Understanding of basic SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience working with hosting, domains, and basic website deployment.
We are primarily looking for someone with strong frontend fundamentals and practical experience working with WordPress, Shopify, Laravel/PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
