Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Career Counsellor to join our team in Bhandara. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be passionate about guiding students and parents regarding educational opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Receive and handle inbound enquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, colleges, admission processes, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or Education Counselling.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (Basic English is an advantage).
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an education consultancy, coaching institute, or admissions office.
- Graduate in any discipline.
