Job Summary
Popular Hyundai is looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to provide exceptional after-sales service. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth vehicle servicing, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction while achieving service and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain repair requirements, service estimates, and obtain customer approval.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress, additional work, and delivery timelines.
- Recommend value-added services, periodic maintenance, accessories, and extended warranty packages.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Deliver vehicles to customers with a clear explanation of the work carried out and billing details.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records and update the DMS/CRM system.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, labour sales, and service revenue targets.
- Follow Hyundai service standards and dealership policies.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with DMS/CRM systems.
- Valid LMV (4-Wheeler) Driving Licence preferred.
